Bihar Skill Development Mission organized the three-day event “Skill Carnival 2019” on the occasion of World Youth Skills Day to create awareness about the importance of youth skills development at Gyan Bhawan, Patna. In three days, thousands of skilled youth showcased their talent in 38 trades.
