Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in lead generation and Search Engine Optimization (SEO), coupled with proven experience in market research and collaboration across marketing teams. This role will play a pivotal part in driving the organization’s digital marketing strategies to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation
2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Conduct in-depth keyword research to optimize website content and blogs for improved search rankings.
• Implement and manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are followed and integrated into marketing materials.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and SEO.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing, CRM tools, and campaign management platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
