Associate Manager – Corporate Affairs

We are looking for an Associate Manager – Corporate Affairs to join our team in Gurugram, Haryana. If you have experience in social media strategy, team leadership, and client management, this role could be a great fit for you. Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the social media and content team to ensure consistent performance and growth.
  • Delegate tasks effectively, prioritize workloads, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to align on goals, discuss progress, and address challenges.
• Social Media Strategy and Execution
  • Develop and oversee comprehensive social media strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Review and approve content calendars, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and integrate innovative ideas into campaigns.
• Client Management
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and the internal team, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Understand client goals and translate them into actionable strategies and deliverables.
  • Provide regular updates and performance reports to clients, addressing queries and feedback promptly.
  • Foster strong relationships to maintain long-term client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in social media management and client servicing.
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
